Description
We have a new opportunity for an Agreement Services Associate to join our Asset Finance Department. Offering hybrid working, you can split your time between home and our Reading office.


You will provide dedicated resource within the Agreement Services team to respond and deal with internal and external customer enquiries.

This includes on-going agreement administration and maintenance once an Asset Finance agreement has been set live with Aldermore.


Key responsibilities

  • End of Term Process Management
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and brokers
  • Chasing customers end of term payments prior to a default position
  • Supplier maintenance management
  • Completing reschedules to customer payment terms
  • Management of portfolio credit balances
  • Scanning, retrieving and sending copy documents
  • Raising statements/ invoices and dealing with queries relating to these
  • Completing agreement terminations
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory tests are completed in advance of set deadlines.

What you will bring to the team

  • Experienced in adhering to service level agreements (SLA's) within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good team player skills are essential with a track record of working within a dynamic team continuously looking for improvement
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decisionmaking and time management skills.
  • The ability to deal with customers in difficult situations.
  • Experience of working within a regulated, banking or financial services environment
