Customer Care, Order Processor

Tredegar

Salary - DOE

Permanent, Full-time role

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm

Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Care, Order Processor with exceptional Customer Service skills and experience to join their international medical company.


Essential Experience and Skills

  • Previous order processing, administration and officebased customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and confident telephone manner
  • Administration experience
  • Officebased customer service experience is essential
  • Experience in managing customer relationships
  • German speaking highly desirable
  • Knowledge of US markets/Healthcare highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Daytoday customer care relationships with both UK and Export customer accounts.
  • Processing orders on a timely basis, liaising with customers, arranging transport, processing sample requests, providing technical support, updating customer portals, arranging product returns, dealing with customer complaints, sales & marketing support to coordinate product rentals and evaluations, providing support to German & USA branches when required.
  • Processing online/Amazon orders and assisting with developing this business through proactive review of customer feedback and coordinating responses to any issues raised.
