Customer Service Administrator


Our well-established client based in the Aston area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part time, on a temp to perm basis to provide support for the Customer Service team.

This is 25 hours per week, flexible hours.


Main duties:


  • Chasing deliveries with carriers
  • Processing carrier claims
  • Dealing with Queries/ complaints
  • Filing

Required skills:


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team work skills
  • Organised

Job Type:

Salary:
£11.29 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
