This is your chance as a skilled Senior Operations & Supply Chain Manager to join a rapidly growing powerhouse in the luxury space (100% YoY growth, £50M in revenue) and own the rains of their entire operations output.
The ideal person will be a highly analytical manager with experience managing multi-million-pound brands that can oversee a skilled team of four, ensure outbound efficiencies are attended to, and make sure costs are reduced as much as possible.
Salary :
Up to £70k + perks (training budget, bonus, flexi times + more) – Based in Manchester (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship restrictions)
Key tasks include:
Establish yourself as the go-to person for setting up and managing online sales (DTC) and partnerships with stores (B2B).
This includes making sure everything runs smoothly from onboarding new partners to getting products delivered on time.nTake ownership of the brand's electronic data interchange (EDI) system, which helps communicate with other assets electronically.nEnsure optimal stock levels by managing the logistics inbound process, getting the right products to the right place at the right time.nBuild a cost-efficient DTC model that prioritises customer satisfaction.nManage the brand's warehouse partner (3PL) to ensure efficient deliveries for online orders.
This includes managing costs, handling any issues, and finding ways to optimisenCollaborate with the distribution manager when communicating with delivery companies and negotiate to get the best rates and service.nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer journey.
nGain a full understanding of MIS software & Carrier management softwareOverall, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes making sure the online store runs like a well-oiled machine
Senior Operations & Supply Chain Manager – Skills Needed:
Proven experience navigating the retail operations.nDeep understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)nClear track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.nYou boast a comprehensive understanding of both inbound and outbound supply chain logistics.nYou excel at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and collaboration.nStrong analytical and numerical skills, adept at interpreting data and identifying trends.nYou're detail-oriented and highly organised, keeping things on track and efficient.
