- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- General administration duties
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Aptitude to pick new tasks up quickly
Administrators
- Processing invoices
- Confident Communication Skills
- General office duties such as filing and archiving
- Proactive diary management
- Booking travel arrangements
Customer Service Specialists
- Fulfilling customer requests to the highest standard
- Investigating customer concerns
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent time management
- Exceeding customer expectations
