- Drive the quarterly compensation cycle process, including the calculation and processing of payments, validation and analysis of data
- Lead the improvement of compensation information, tools, analysis, direction, training and support to the Sales/Service organizations
- Participate in the development, implementation, communication, and support of sales commission plans across EMEA
- Collaborate pro-actively with HR, Finance, and Sales teams
- Validate accrual inputs and work with extended team to ensure accrual accuracy
- Control commission queries accurately & within appropriate timelines, and contribute to implement improvements to resolve issues long-term
- Facilitate internal team training – documentation of process, knowledge transfer, process mapping
- Drive the adoption & evolution of the Xactly Incent Commission tool
- Ad hoc and project duties as the need arises
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is crucial
- Ability to prioritize optimally and deliver to tight payment timelines
- High attention to detail and an engaged process improvement attitude
- Prior analytics/compensation analysis experience
- Ability to extract & manipulate large datasets quickly & accurately to specific timelines
- Experience of Cognos and/or similar data warehouse advantageous
- Solid understanding of common Sales Incentive concepts, practices and procedures is important
- Experience of Xactly Incent Sales Compensation Tool is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, mentor and development experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)

The Job:
We are looking for an expert Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Operations team and lead the payments and compensation process for our EMEA sales organization of c.1100 sales professionals. A high degree of personal accountability, motivation to improve existing processes and integrity is required for the role due to handling personal sensitive data.
