You will work as part of a team and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across Social Security Scotland and the wider Scottish Government. You will be given full training on all aspects of the role, including the systems and technology required.
  • During the first 12 months you will be expected to gain a Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) at level 3 which is relevant to the work of the team. You will receive the ongoing support and development you need to succeed, with support provided not only by your colleagues but also by a qualified assessor who will work with you on a monthly basis. You will also be given time within working hours to work on your qualification.
