You act as lead and expert in the field of demand planning and accurately report into the relevant business functions.

You are the bridge between Sales and Operations.

Your key objectives are Forecast Accuracy (FA), Service Level (SL) & Supply Chain Losses reduction.

Main Accountabilities:

Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Participate in the S&OP cycle, actively leading Demand Reviews and S&OE routines, finding and introducing improvement to drive results.
Develop the demand process and look continuously at process improvement.
Be responsible for development and maintenance of parameters for the Demand and Supply systems
Work closely with other teams (including Sales, Innovations, Marketing and Portfolio) to create effective demand plans that detail ideal inventory levels, delivery timelines, and all the steps the company needs to take in order to meet demand.

You will bring

You have a university degree
A wealth of experience in demand and/or supply planning, ideally in FMCG.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with strong communication skills. You have the ability to build collaborative relationships with your stakeholders and peers.
You have an excellent knowledge of English.
Strength in interpretation/analysis of data, including a curiousness to think "what else will enrich my dataset".
You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
You are a leader instead of a follower/ "only executer" and an initiator searching for solutions, improvements and progress. You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
You are result driven and you can search for solid solutions in case of conflicts between demand, available capacity and operations.
Knowledge of SAP / o9 or similar planning and ERP systems.
You operate with a continuous learning mindset
