About us:


An exciting opportunity has arisen within the council's school meals management team for the role of School Meals Compliance Officer.

This is a key role within the team which requires a competent and experienced person to ensure that all school meals services are compliant to the statutory and policy requirements for service delivery in schools.


The role:

Term time only


The post-holder will be responsible for carrying out compliance visits and audits of school meal practice in schools and putting in place corrective action and service improvement as required.

The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to note effective action to implement change.


What's needed?:


The post-holder will be working with school leaders and governors across Warrington, officers within Families and Wellbeing and other parts of the council.

You must therefore have the skills to build working relationships with school leaders with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and written.

It is important that you have the ability to build trust and confidence with those you work with.
