My client is a leading SaaS business in the Sales and Rec Tech space; their product was forged by gamers with the intention of creating a revolutionary and unique product, bringing elements of video games into the corporate world.


The business operates on a model of complete flexibility and trust; their base is Birmingham but the role is 100% remote, offering consistent support and the resources to succeed, without implementing restrictive KPI's.

Sales Development Representative - The Package on Offer

  • Up to
    £30Kstarting salary DOE
  • Uncapped OTE of
    £40K+ in year one
  • Annual successbased bonuses
- £50 or £125 per demo booked + 2.5% of revenue per deal

  • Fully remote role: includes travel expenses to any meetings + office package

Sales Development Representative -Benefits & Incentives**- All expenses paid team nights out - once every 3 months the teams meets up for 2 days of team building fun filled with social activities, dinners and drinks

  • Every 6 weeks the sales team meets in person for salefocused meetings, discussing business and a general catch up
- £50 standard bonus for every demo booked, this becomes £125 for any demos booked beyond monthly target


The Role - Sales Development Representative


Sales Development Representatives (SDR) play a fundamental role in achieving the company's overall revenue growth objectives, working to support the senior sales teams and sales representatives on strategy and lead generation.

You'll be starting off the sales processas an SDR your main responsibility is outreach. This will be completed with access to the best tools and resources, reaching out to prospectus clients who may not know anything about the product

Outreach

Build rapport and establish a relationship

Work out if they have a need for the product

Progress them to the next stage of the sales process with the Business Development Team


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop indepth product and customer knowledge, market insights and all major competitors
  • Arrange meetings and demos for sales consultants, attend to learn more about the process and customer profile
  • Ensure records and data in CRM are up to date and accurate

Requirements of the role - Sales Development Representative**- B2B/B2C sales or 360 recruitment experience

  • Must be capable of commuting to Birmingham every 6 weeks
  • Being a remote role, you must be a very selfmotivated individual
  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls, working at pace and under pressure with accuracy
  • Be customerfocused, remaining professional and credibly building rapport with clients and prospects
