We are looking to recruit a Band 2, Theatre Support Worker. Hours of work are 37.5 per week to fit the 24 hour 7 days a week service.


Obstetric Theatres are looking to recruit enthusiastic and caring individuals who are able to work within a challenging theatre environment delivering safe and effective practice.

To work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team assisting with patient care activities under the direct supervision of a Theatre Practitioner.

Following appropriate training and assessment of competence undertake identified clinical and non-clinical duties.


The post-holder is not required to initially hold statutory qualifications, but is expected to participate in NVQ training to Level 2.

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

NUH will scan your ID and right to work documentation in to the Trust ID system at your face to face ID appointment.

The system will run a check against the key security features within your documentation.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
