LSA Required in Northampton for OUTSTANDING SEN School with inspirational Head Teacher.

Looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a special educational needs (SEN) school? Look no further This SEN school is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

Under the guidance of an inspirational Headteacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students with SEN, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
As an LSA, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one and small group support, as well as working with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them to engage in learning and reach their full potential
Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students
Assisting with the assessment and monitoring of students' progress, and providing regular updates to teachers and parents
Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs, and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with other LSAs, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
Participating in professional development opportunities to stay informed of best practices in SEN education
Performing other duties as assigned by the Headteacher or other school leaders
