Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with valued customers.
  • Provide dedicated support and assistance to the sales team as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer requirements with enthusiasm.
  • Prepare customer quotations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle the processing of orders efficiently within specified time limits.
  • Keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays or problems, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Meticulously upload all quotations and information onto the CRM systems.
  • Follow up on all quotes and enquiries through to order completion, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Resolve account queries promptly and proactively chase overdue accounts to maintain healthy customer relationships.
