About Our Client:

Your key responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger/Costing Assistant will be, but not limited to:

  • Logging of purchase invoices
  • Digital archiving of purchase invoices
  • Distribution of invoices for authorisation
  • Control the movement of invoices ensuring timely return of documents
  • Match invoices to GRN/POD/ approved PO
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare and post monthly purchase invoice accruals
  • Costing for new products and amendments to existing products
  • Reconciliation of gross margin between G/L & Phocas

The Successful Applicant:

You will not be micromanaged, and will need to show assertiveness and have excellent attention to detail.

You will be joining a fantastic team, with an inclusive culture, and given responsibility to enhance your skills.

This is a 1 year fixed-term contract.


What's on Offer:

Immediate start available (can also wait for the right individual on a 1 month or less notice period)

£27k (Negotiable based on experience)

2 days in the office in Telford
