AWS Platform Engineer - Hybrid in Leeds - Up to £70,000

Looking for an AWS Platform Engineer to join a prominent financial services firm with a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.

Our team is at the forefront of leveraging technology to drive efficiency and excellence in our operations working in the financial asset/investment management space.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our AWS-based platform infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our cloud environment, automate deployment pipelines, and ensure system reliability and performance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure components.
Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform to automate provisioning and deployment processes.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery and release management.
Continuously evaluate new AWS services and best practices to improve platform efficiency.
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
Position is hybrid in Leeds once a week with salaries up to £70,000.
