Established in 2011, Vida Education are a family run education recruitment agency with offices in Lancashire & Cumbria. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and motivated individual to join our successful team as a recruitment resourcer.

THE ROLE

The job is a faced paced one, every day is different and you will be supported every step of the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Advertising roles on our network of job boards and social media sites.

YOU WILL NEED

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will need to comfortable speaking to people, in this role you will be speaking to a lot of them
Sales, negotiation and problemsolving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Selfmotivation, organisation and confidence
Time management and organisational skills this is a fast paced environment
Minimum of 12 months recruitment experience is desirable
To be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and the company CRM system

YOU WILL RECEIVE

A competitive salary (£20K £24K DOE)
