Who we are Looking for:


We are seeking an ambitious person who is positive, enjoys a fast passed team environment, you will enjoy a social approach to work, share ideas and knowledge and be a natural problem solver.

You will also have a curious approach to work, where you will enjoy investigating the issues and details to improve upon.

Key Responsibilities

To provide tailored, operational and administrative support to Partners and Advisers regarding any operational issue or request they may have.

Ensure all Information is stored on Salesforce to provide correct data tracking.

Coordinate with Managers in Recruitment, to ensure they are able to most effectively support the Partners and Advisers in their care.

Coordinate with teams outside of Recruitment, to ensure Partners and Advisers have a seamless experience.

Special Requirements:
Strong interpersonal ability, including empathy of the position of New Partners and Financial Advisers joining SJP.
Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities.
Good oral and written communication skills
