Every year, we support over 300 individuals in our housing provision, enabling them to grow their confidence and move into education, training, employment and into independent living.
We also provide training and education to 150 young people each year who find mainstream education more difficult, as well as high-quality childcare within our community.
Our team works hard to provide as much care and support for those who need it most, every day we make a difference.

ROLE PURPOSE
As part of the Central Services Team your role is to assist in developing and engaging people.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
It is our responsibility to ensure we focus on developing solutions and assets instead of just supporting problems and deficits.
Putting plans in place that will develop these qualities and enabling people to thrive, not just supporting people to cope.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience working in an administrative capacity in a busy environment.
You will have a good proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems and have a demonstrable ability to manage many different critical processes to tight deadlines.

DUTIES
Creating positive relationships:
- The taking and typing notes of meetings.
- Diary management
- To receive and deal with as appropriate, enquiries and telephone calls, taking messages and alerting the relevant recipients.
- Processing letters and reports.
- Making necessary travel, meeting and other arrangements for appointments or conferences.
- Assist the Marketing Team with key events across the organisation.
- Manage inputting data onto software systems and spreadsheets for compliance and monitoring purposes.
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensuring documentation is disposed of or archived in the line with the relevant policies and legal obligations.
- Making purchases and keeping relevant records.
- Raising purchase orders when necessary.
- Liaising with Line Manages and staff when required.
- Inputting data on to MyConcern.
- Ensuring the organisations policies are kept up to date and records are accurate.
- To develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
- General administration support filing, posting, populating forms, scanning and photocopying.
- Assist on Reception when required to cover annual leave etc.

Technical requirements:
- Good IT skills with experience and confidence of using the full Office package.
- Proven experience in an administrative position.
- Good knowledge and practical experience of word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
- Experience of multiagency working.
- Ability to prepare and present written reports.
- Demonstrated ability and experience of quality assessment.
