Financial Reporting Accountant | Lincoln

McCarthy Adams Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established business in the Lincoln area with the recruitment of a Financial Reporting Accountant, to join their finance team.

You will be responsible for the preparation of company accounts, subsidiarycompany responsibility, support for corporate reporting and tax work, part responsibility for finance project work.


Responsibilities for Financial Reporting Accountant:

  • Responsible for the accounting and reporting of subsidiary companies within the business.
  • Monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, annual budget and forecasting processes
  • Responsibility for the consolidated group annual budget process
  • Responsibility for providing monthly group reports and support for the Senior management of the business
  • Responsibility for developing, collating and producing quarterly internal KPI's for the Senior management
  • Responsibility for financial reporting to Parent Companies (IFRS/US GAAP)
  • Part responsibility for implementation of new FRS102 standards
  • Support the Financial Reporting Manager with: Managing KPI's, Weekly payroll approval process and corporate reporting
  • Responsibility for preparing annual company accounts reporting into the group accounts

Requirement for the Financial Reporting Accountant:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Previous experience in corporate reporting in a large business preferable
