Senior Contracts Manager - Design & Build Refurbs

£65-70K + Car Allowance + Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent
My client is a leading Construction contractor based in Hertfordshire.

Due to continued expansion, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their covering projects in London, with travel to site, head office, and working fromhome to be expected.

Key projects including Design & Build refurbishment works on both residential and student accommodation properties. Some social housing refurbishment works will also be involved.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager looking to progress, with a determined and motivated attitude.

You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Project and Site Managers.

Key skills for the Contracts Manager:

  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering Design and Build refurb works
  • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
  • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
  • Client and customer satisfaction
  • Process Management
  • Management of the customer
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract

Contracts Manager Salary & Package

You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.

This is a full time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £70,000 + Car/Allowance+ Benefits.
