We are currently recruiting for:

  • Telephone query management
  • Meet and greet participants onto the Van Unit
  • Managing appointments and participant queries
  • Tracking participants through their journey to ensure a great patient experience


The Administrator will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers.

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.

As an
Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians.
