This leading digital healthcare company in the heart of Windsor need an organised Data Entry Administrator to support the Supplier team including the Officers and Managers.

The overview of the role is to populate data into the internal databases and portals to assist the teams in generating rotas for the external suppliers on the panel.

Accuracy is of upmost importance and for someone that thrives with data entry and Administrative tasks.

The role is paying between £21,000 - £25,000, the hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm with a little flexibility required at times and also the role is relatively remote after training requiring only a few office visits a month


Main Accountabilities

  • Entering data obtained from suppliers onto spreadsheets and the portals
  • Ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing number of appointments to ensure the agreed SLA's are being met.
  • Checking targets are reached per month by the suppliers.
  • Liaise with other team members when necessary, regarding data changes
  • General administration duties as requested
  • Maintain shared inbox
  • Review data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritises projects in order of importance.
  • Learn systems and stays updated on upgrades and procedural changes.

Key Skills & Attributes Required:


  • Highly Organised and able to work on own initiative (prioritising workloads)
  • Excellent communication (including written) friendly and approachable
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work fast and to deadlines.
