Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Salary:
From £24,113.30 per year
