We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Motivated selfstarter with a desire to learn and grow
Salary:
From £24,113.30 per year
