We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Up sell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Salary:
From £24,942.23 per year
