As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting buyers and vendors with their property needs while gaining valuable experience in the property industry.

Working closely with our senior staff, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to the smooth operation of our agency.


Main Responsibilities:


Booking Viewings:

Schedule property viewings for potential buyers, ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently and in accordance with client preferences and availability.


Conducting Viewings:

Accompany clients on property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.


Giving Feedback:

Provide detailed feedback to sellers following property viewings, conveying buyer comments and insights to help inform pricing strategies and property presentation.


Supporting Senior Staff:

Assist senior estate agents with administrative tasks, market research, and other duties as needed to support the overall success of the agency.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local property market (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

£18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
