They are looking for a
Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role would suit someone who has worked within the industry for at least 6 months.


Job Description:


  • Achieve Personal targets for new valuations and sales agreed
  • Manage applicant database
  • Handle new enquiries
  • Provide our clients with high standards of customer service
  • Farm databases for valuation opportunities
  • Work with investors looking to purchase properties in our areas
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Administer offers
  • Target competitors listings with a view to gaining new instructions
  • Work with the office manager to grow the business and increase market share

Job Requirements:

  • Driving licence and car a necessity
  • Knowledge of the area is an advantage
  • 6 months to 1 years estate agency experience preferred

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
