At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a

Contracts Supervisor to join a new created team at our HQ in Uddingston.


The Role

  • Ensure Health and Safety procedures and practices are maintained on all Contracts and always ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Company Procedures.
  • To ensure that the operations, planned preventative, repairs and small works are carried out safely, efficiency and cost effectively.
  • To keep abreast of current industry and good practice, ensuring existing systems are in line with current developments.
  • Attend client meetings which include, but not exclusive to Owners, FM's, Consultants, Managing Agents.
  • Carry out site inductions as requested by our client.
  • Regularly monitor the quality and safe practices of Emtec FS Operatives as well as our sub
- contractors

  • Carry out surveys when required on specific sites.
  • Produce defect reports as per contract requirements.
  • Liaise with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Helpdesk, and engineers.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a facility services environment
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and keen to progress
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent decision maker and good problem solver
  • A commercial gas background would also be desirable.
