The Role
Job Title:
Business Administration Apprentice
Location:
Sunbury TE, Green Street, Sunbury on Thames, TW16 6QJ
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break (Flexi-hours policy available)
Salary:
£12,000 per annum
Apprenticeship Course:
Level 3 Business Administrator
Reports to:
Client Relationship Manager
As the Business Admin Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:
(Full training will be given)
Support the apprenticeship team to assist with the management and growth of the ITP's apprenticeship scheme
Attend employee network opportunities including some seminars and industry events
Assist with the organisation and attend the ITP annual dinner
Format and advertise apprenticeship vacancies across all social media channels, job boards, local schools and colleges
Ensure vacancies are recruited for in a timely manner
Conduct telephone interviews daily
Meet recruitment targets as set out by the CEO
Assist with the organisation of ITP assessment days where required
Maintain administrative documents to an excellent standard and keep up to date
Uploading new members to our member database
Handling subscription enquiries, requests and journal returns
Anything else deemed suitable by the Client Relationship Manager or CEO
Respect and follow company culture and values
Some previous experience in an office environment would be an advantage but it's a requirement
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent telephone manner

Passionate about education and apprenticeships
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
Current knowledge of apprenticeships would be an advantage
Driving Licence preferred
