Legacy Strategies are recruiting for a Team Assistant to work with our client in Central London.

As
Team Assistant you will be providing crucial administrative and project management support to the Senior Leadership Team of the Procurement and Commercial directorate.
Accountabilities
- Provide minute taking support to senior level meetings
- Perform a variety of administrative and/or support tasks to a high standard and within budget and timescales to support team activities and projects.
- Produce, update and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases and other department systems to your local team, the wider workforce and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate the completion of actions and tasks.
- Deliver elements of and support the management of workstreams and initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Maintain electronic documentation system to be updated and maintained.
- File documents and keep the documentation system updated and maintained.
- Undertake general daytoday duties, including specialist related tasks, maintenance of documentation and financial information, managing mini projects through to completion.
- Collate information and reports for the team to support its activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of providing administrative or technical support in a PA / Team Administrative support environment.
- Multitasking and organisation skills which should project management and administrative support.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of Office based software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, coupled with an aptitude towards learning and utilising new software in the office environment (training will be provided in the use of the internal document management system, EB, SAP and SharePoint)
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of managing mini projects through to completion.

£25,740.00-£32,175.00 per year

Experience:
- administrative/technical support to senior leaders: 3 years (preferred)
- project-driven administrative/analyst: 3 years (preferred)
