NonStop's client, a Local Authority based in Merseyside, near Liverpool is looking for a qualified social worker for its Hospital Discharge Team.

The role has come out due to a backlog of work that has arisen in the team, a good example of the authorities pro-activenessto manage caseloads for staff.

They are looking for highly motivated, reflective and creative professionals with a social work or suitable health qualification to join this team.

You will be a strong team player with great communication skills and a commitment to working collaborativelyacross the health and care system.
