Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow safe systems of work
  • Maintain transactional accuracy through the use of work instructions.
  • Follow standard work instructions / processes / procedures to produce quality products
  • To support the business objectives of zero scrap
  • Maintain levels of housekeeping within work area and work stations.
  • Act within Kawneer values
  • To support the business through participation in the continual development of processes and procedures in order to improve the safety, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the business.
  • To take part in training organized by the business.
  • To support the business objectives of an incident free work place

Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and numeric skills is a must for these roles.
  • Reliable and accountable.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Shift Patterns Available:

We have two shift patterns available: 12 hour shifts and 8 hour shifts

12 hour shifts on a 3 week rolling pattern.

Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm/6pm - 6am, averaging 40 hours:


  • Week 3 x days
  • Week 3 x nights
  • Week 2 x days and 2 x nights
8 hour shifts are 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Overtime may be available on weekends. Hourly, weekly pay. Temporary contract to begin.
