**Job description**Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our clients manufacturing plant in the Rhymney/Tredegar area.
Hours of Work:
Working Days regular 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Thursday (early finish on Fridays)
Duties:
- Creating contracts and creating service orders
- General admin and data entry.
- Dealing with calls via telephone from customers who are chasing delivery of product
- Delivering good levels of customer service to customers and suppliers.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within a similar role or transferable skillset
- Self-Starter who can work as part of a team or lone working
- Problem solver who can react to any problems/trouble shooting
- Excellent communication skills, tenacity, the ability to influence people and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Full-time
- From £9.62 per hour
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Overtime
**Supplemental pay types: **Bonus scheme
