Peak Converters Ltd are a leading manufacturer in the production of foam and fibre conversion products, based in north Derbyshire.

Our family run business are looking for an enthusiastic Block Store Operative to join our Goods In / Block Store Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Block Store Senior Team Leader by checking and updating information on incoming goods from storage and production. Manage warehouse tasks using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Meet daily Block Store targets, including a scrap reduction target.
Liaise with other departments to achieve production targets.
Mange stock levels on the inhouse system and support with regular stock take.
Work to 5S standards.
Operate in line with H&S standards.
Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives.

You will have good communications skills and have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels, from agency staff to senior management.

You will have strong attention to detail and be able to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and focus.

You will be motivated to use your experience to be part of the Company's vision of becoming the market leader in foam and fibre conversion.
