The Role


If you are passionate about marketing and keen to work in a data-driven, customer-centric, and analytical team then this role is for you.

The CRM Executive is a key member of the Guest Nurture team whose responsibility it is to drive customer retention, loyalty, and sales conversion.


  • Responsible for personalised communications to our guests to drive guest engagement and holiday happiness.
  • Responsible for maintaining the annual budget as set by the CRM Manager
  • Campaign.
  • Ensuring that all comms are produced effectively and to excellent standards.
  • Collaborate with our customer insight team for targeting selections, deliver analysis and report on post campaign performance


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, permanent with at least two days based in our Southampton office.


About You

Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also:

  • Be an analytical thinker and able to work with data to create CRM campaigns
  • Able to create customer focused campaigns that engage and drive response
  • A collaborative team player, who can manage projects end to end on time and to budget
  • Experience within marketing or CRM.
