    Our kitchen is the heart of our Food & Beverage department, serving guests in our restaurant, lounge bar, and events areas, catering to small gatherings and events with up to 250 guests.     As a Chef de Partie, you should have...

    • A minimum NVQ food preparation Level 2 qualification or equivalent with prior experience in a professional kitchen working with fresh ingredients
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver top-notch a la carte and buffet dishes, including experience with large events and weddings
    • A deep passion for cooking, a genuine love for food, and a strong desire to enhance your culinary skills
    • A good grasp of relevant Health & Safety regulations and experience with strict hygiene standards
    • Familiarity with food costs and controls
    • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude
    • The capability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment, staying motivated and inspiring others
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts across all days of the week, including mornings and evenings

    What will be your role as a Chef de Partie?

    • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients in a professional kitchen setting
    • Working on all kitchen stations as needed, ensuring high standards of food and service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
    • Assisting in managing departmental expenses such as food costs and wages according to business levels
    • Enforcing and overseeing all Health & Safety and hygiene protocols
    • Mentoring, coaching, and training junior team members
    • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service and a high level of team spirit

    Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006. Proof of eligibility will be required during the recruitment process.
