A Reputable Lloyd's Market Syndicate are looking for an Optimisation Consultant to join in on their Operations Team on a permanent basis to actively strive and deliver operating model improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will continuously strive to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of business process and procedures through conventional and non-conventional solutions while assisting the team to develop strategic initiatives to shape the future of the business.

You will serve as a beacon of change promoting a culture of being proactive and having a flexible mindset.

  • Proven experience working on defining and delivering complex optimisation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a Lloyd's/London Market insurance company.
  • Experience working in a large company (global exposure preferred).
  • An understanding of the relationships, dependencies and impacts of change on systems, teams and processes.
