Within the marketing department, the Communication Department is the entity responsible for developing awareness, credibility and preference for Orange Business and its brand among internal (employees) and external (influencers, partners and customers) audiences.

Objectives

  • Build the Orange Business brand globally through consistent articulation, visual identity and tone of voice across all internal and external initiatives. Develop brand identity standards, tools, templates and assets, to deliver a unified brand experience.
  • Continuously inspire and differentiate Orange Business as a leading network and digital services integrator. Drive internal brand advocacy by developing engaging campaigns and guidelines which connect to our strategic objectives.
  • Deliver 360° innovative communication campaigns in order to build the Orange Business Brand image and support its global positioning.

Key responsibilities

  • Definition of the Orange Business Brand identity and strategy in line with the Orange Business strategy and in line with the Group's strategy.
  • Definition of brand campaigns, internal and external, allowing to increase the notoriety of the Brand and the perception/understanding of its expression and its attributes; coordination of all stakeholders in the implementation of campaigns (Group, digital teams, internal communication).
  • Definition and management of the naming strategy in line with the global brand strategy.
  • To drive all communicators/teams across Orange Business to ensure brand consistency across territories and all touch points (animation of Brand Champions etc).
  • Definition and management of key Corporate content and media presenting Orange Business.
  • Brand management of rebranding projects for Orange Business subsidiaries.
  • Ambassador of the Brand and Orange Business expertise to the Group Communication Department with a view to promoting them (role of influence).
  • Evaluation of the notoriety and perception of the Brand through the management of Brand studies, brand competitive analysis and benchmarking.
  • Management of the Brand and Corporate budget.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Increase in spontaneous awareness scores yoy / according to brand tracking pace
  • Accountable for building, leading and maintaining an efficient relationship with Orange Business teams across countries/departments to ensure the global coherence of the brand
  • Timely development of the Brand campaigns and activation plans. Achievement of the KPIs defined for the Brand campaigns (eg. branding, engagement, enjoyment, awareness)

About you:


Required profile

  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey objectives, and guide teams to successful outcomes in written, presentation and spoken formats.
  • Confirmed Brand and Communication experience
  • Creative personality with experience creating multichannel, integrated campaigns for different customer segments and geographic markets (languages) that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Knowledge of B2B

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Highly collaborative and capable of negotiation/persuasion to drive alignment across a global organization.
