We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer in South Tyneside.Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between different departments within the organization
- Deal with incoming queries from the public regarding issues within their properties.
- Booking engineers to go out to deal with property issues.
- Must Have communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's Including English and Maths at grades A-C (59).
