Description

An interim opportunity has arisen for a highly competent and proactive Customer Co-ordinator to join great team and support them at this extremely busy time.

As Customer Co-ordinator you will play a key role to support the team, as they come towards theend of a large project.

The requirement is for up to 3 months.


Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for calls and enquiries, taking full and accurate details of all requirements.
  • Contacting customers who have been identified as part of the project to arrange appointments to assess whether additional work is required.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure deadlines are met and work is prioritised accordingly.

Skills and Experience required:

  • You will be a strong multitasker with strong organisational skills.
  • You will be able to build rapport with clients, building and developing relationships over the phone.
  • You will be service orientated and enjoy working to individual and shared targets, providing the highest levels of customer service.
  • Strong IT skills.
Hours

  • Monday to Friday 95.30
Office based with parking on Sowton.
