Customer Service Advisor - Data Processing
Near Trowbridge

Full time and permanent Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary £20,300-£22,000 dependent on experience


We are delighted to be working on behalf of a global manufacturing company to help them secure a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent and full-time basis.


Our client has a long history in the luxury manufacturing industry, using new and innovative techniques to create great designs at a high standard of quality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data process and then manage customer sales orders through the system.
  • Manage orders adding discounts, promotions, and any charges relevant
  • Communicating with customers to resolve any outstanding queries prior to the product being made.
  • Log customer details and enquiries onto company tracker system.
  • Manage orders for servicing and onsite maintenance teams.
  • Communicate with other areas of the business to ensure that customer material requirements are met.
  • Understand the entire order process, end to end.
  • Manage any order amendments. Requested by customers.
  • Process amendments or cancelations within agreed timescales.
