Full time and permanent
Annual Salary:
£25,000 to £30,000 (dependant on experience)
Our client is a major manufacturer of household products, working with big name retail outlets throughout the UK.
Due to the continued phased introduction of new brands and ranges we are delighted to be working with them to find a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to work with the marketing manager to help the company's marketing development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the Trustpilot evaluation site.
- Replying to customers across our social media pages.
- Updating of online maintenance guides and digital catalogues.
- Maintaining social accounts and adding to the monthly social strategy.
- Working with the Marketing Manager.
- Updating recent model information.
- Creating renders for the website.
- Asking for Customer IDs from Active Online for new models.
- Making sure all pricing, lead times and advertisings are kept up to date.
- Supporting with setting new models on the website.
- Work with our Territory Sales Managers for any daily requests and keep stock sheets up to date.
- Working alongside our retailer network.
- Ensure all advertising materials are printed and posted to all stores before the promotion start date.
- Managing the marketing phone line, answering queries and transferring calls.
- Sending all postcard demands.
- Prompt creation and posting of newsletters and delivery reports to all retailers and staff.
- Maintaining the Marketing materials line up to date.
- Manage client's procedure, ensuring all new stores are added to the website. Removing any closed retailers from all databases.
- Complete all product sheets and storyboards in line with new releases making sure they are completed ahead of any release dates.
- Convey weekly delivery led times to update the JLP edge.
- Administer all pricing communications to retailers Including updating the database.
- Packaging and sending all new model packets directly to retailers.
- Managing the development of product models, ensuring deadlines are met,
- Arranging delivery to stores.
- Updating stock / spreadsheets.
- Making product labels.
- Adding new codes to relevant documents.
- Organising all consumer samples, liaising with creators and making sure samples are to specification.
