Production and Personnel Co-ordinator
Ashbourne, Derbyshire
Annual Salary:
£32,000
40 hours per week
8:30 am - 5:50pm Monday to Friday
We are delighted to be supporting our client, a large, well-established, and financially secure manufacturing focused organisation, in recruiting a full time Production and Personnel Co-ordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce working plan for the production.
- Availability of workforce.
- Produce a plan that meets company targets and available skills on a weekly basis.
- Arrange overtime as necessary to cover any shortfalls in the plan.
- Management of time and attendance for the production teams.
- Ensuring sickness reports are completed by all managers.
- Monitoring lateness.
- Recording holidays and ensuring that cover is available in all production areas.
- Report monthly on absence and holidays.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies for temporary labour to cover peak periods of production.
- Ensure all temporary staff complete induction programmes.
- Administer time sheets and approvals for all temporary staff.
- Report on agency hours worked and overtime.
- Approve invoices for agency temps.
- Complete reports for absence, overtime, weekend working, shift changes and bonuses.
- Submit reports to payroll monthly and answer any queries with regards to overtime, hours worked.
- Update training records.
- Liaise with external training providers for production and engineering providers.
- Submit certificates and qualifications to HR.
- Provide weekly reports on hours worked, shifts and any shortages.
- Organise medicals for all production staff as appropriate.
- Management of company workwear.
Required Skills:
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple projects.
- Due to the seasonal nature of our business, a flexible approach to working hours is essential.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate across all areas of the business.
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated.
