Customer Service Advisor - After Sales
Sutton-in Ashfield

Full time and Permanent

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm


Salary:
£20,300-£22,000 dependent on experience


We are delighted to be working on behalf of a global manufacturing company to help them secure a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent and full-time basis.


Our client has a long history in the luxury manufacturing industry, using new and innovative techniques to create great designs at a high standard of quality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Obtain all customer order details, photographs and contact details, clarifying any questions before processing the customers enquiry.
  • Raise the customer issue on the case management system and follow through to the relevant stages.
  • Identify customer issues and solve in accordance with manufacture warranties, provide a response and communicate back to the customer.
  • Ensure all open cases and service issues are checked regularly and followed up within the SLA.
  • Inform customer on service issue progress and update all communication on the system.
  • Manage operations in dispatching parts and repairs.
  • Manage communications to customers ensuring they meet all brand communication guidelines.
  • Report to managers on frequent issues and ensure that procedures are put in place to resolve them.
