Description

Are you available for an ongoing temporary role based at Eurocentral? Our client, a leading national company require your proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre etc) to join them asap for an ongoing temporary role helping to resolve questions and queries and providing first class customer service.


Working on site at our client's depot you will be at the heart of the day to day operations enabling you to resolve customer queries in real time.

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for:


  • Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
  • Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the CRM system.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Adhere to company compliance and escalate any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
  • Inputting and updating Data on Excel workbooks

Successful applicants will be:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be adaptable to change and new systems
  • Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting.
  • Have access to the internet at home should Covid19 guidance require home working at any time.

In return our client offers:

  • An hourly rate of £10.42 p/h
  • Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 86. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.

  • A safe working environment
  • 1 out of 4 weeks will be remote
