Brief Outline

  • An industry leading company in the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector requires a bid and marketing administrator based out of their Central London office.
  • The client is looking for a handson, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the company's ongoing contracts and overall success.

About our Client

  • The client has been active in the fit out market for over 25 years and has an established client base and consistent work across the London and South East region.
  • They turnover circa £30mill and deal with various sectors including; Retail, commercial offices and leisure.

About the Role

Tendering Duties:

  • Compile Tender Submission Documents to suit tender deliverables
  • Update staff CVs, maintain information, updating as required
  • Update Project Profiles
  • Produce 'drag and drop' templates for inserts into tender submissions (organogram, HSQE, Front Cover, Appendices, etc.)
  • Accessing portals to download information
  • PQQ's support and initial point of contact
  • 100% return rate
  • Tender/PQQ programme and Tender Register to be updated weekly
  • Supply Information management

Marketing:

  • Weekly update on Twitter & Facebook with small news items
  • Update company Website, Linked In and Google Plus with news such as completion of a Phase of a project or completion of a project

General Duties:
General Office Duties

  • Must have experience in administration function within a bid/ sales/ estimating/ marketing team.
  • Flexible selfstarter with ability to prioritise
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • PC literate
