A leading independent marketing services business that provides sophisticated marketing collateral and print fulfilment services to organisations and leading brands across the UK is looking for a Client Project Administrator to join their team in Huntingdon,Cambridgeshire.

Role Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing the client orders
  • Dealing with client queries and problemsolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitoring stock levels, reporting on stock and reordering when necessary
  • Source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers to obtain appropriate and competitive quotations
  • General administration tasks arising from the above, including filing job bags, raising purchase orders etc.
  • Ensure maintenance of spreadsheets and other associated systems

Required Skills:


  • Have excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Be a confident communicator both internally and externally
  • Work to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Be forwardthinking, proactive with a problemsolving approach
  • Have experience with Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Having good commercial awareness and experience in a clientfacing role is an advantage
  • Effectively manage your own time
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the following industries is an advantage: print, creative
