    They provide businesses with custom, secure solutions, primarily working inthe cloud with AWS and GCP to process and analyse large volumes of clientdata.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and develop a team of data analysts andscientists, setting priorities and fostering a culture of collaboration andcontinuous improvement while implementing quality assurance processes andconducting performance reviews Collaborate closely with the ProjectManager, Cloud Data Engineering Manager, and other project delivery membersto define project scopes, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensuretimely and budget-compliant project completion Partner with businessdevelopment initiatives by identifying upselling and cross-sellingopportunities, contributing to proposal development, and engaging in clientacquisition activities Utilise statistical methods and data visualisationtools to analyse data, identify trends, and support executivedecision-making with data-driven insights and compelling storytellingEngage directly with clients to understand their data requirements,maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and deliver clear,actionable analysis findings and recommendations

    Required Experience:

    Atleast 2-3 years experience in managing a team of data analysts orscientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborativeand innovative work environment.

    Strong proficiency in data analysis toolsand programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.

    Passion andcuriosity for data visualisation; able to work comfortably with tools tomanipulate large data sets into meaningful and visually impactfulactionable insight.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with theability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations andinsights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto articulate complex technical concepts to all stakeholders (non-technicaland technical). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    Desirable Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Applicable certificationsBenefits: 28 days of annual leave (incl.
