**INSIGHT MANAGER
UP TO £50,000
SOUTH-WEST LONDON (HYBRID)**
Overview


This client is looking for an Insight Manager to join their Insight team as they grow the user of customer data and insight across their brand.

This is an exciting time to join an established organisation as they roll out and embark on a change programmeto create a single customer view.


The role

You will:

  • You will drive forward evidencebased decision making across the organisation
  • Lead a small team of insight analysts to develop dashboards, deliver requests and provide selfservice analytics
  • Rollout and develop their new model for insight
  • Move into business as usual reporting as well as advanced analytics e.g. forecasting, segmentation and more predictive analytics
  • Build a new data warehouse
  • Focus on fundraising and membership and ramping up the analytics behind this
  • Work closely with stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop regular KPI reports

The experience
You don't have to tick all of the boxes but if you have some of the following experience then we'd love to hear from you:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience of analysing data and producing insight reports
  • Experience of producing intuitive and compelling data analysis, driving action from insights and creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or Looker
  • Experience of managing and prioritising high volume of projects at once
  • Practical knowledge of and high proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Power BI (or similar)
  • Demonstrable experience of using and building complex queries and SSRS reports in SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and VBA
  • Understanding of Power BI workspaces, permissions with experience of having set these up in an organisation
  • Undertaken regression modelling and cluster analysis
  • Experience of using R or Python
  • Has worked with and helped build client segmentations and embedded them within an organisation
