Looking for an Insight Manager to develop data-orientated insights for Lloyds Banking Group, you will be fusing strategy, consulting and customer experience to deliver value to clients and planners.
KEY DUTIES
- Through both primary and desk research you will analyse current sources of research to extract crucial insights (e.g. social monitoring, search analytics, client surveys & analysis)
- Liaise effectively with clients (both internal and external), as the main daytoday contact on Lloyds, using your insight and project knowledge to effectively and appropriately contribute to client meetings and presentations
- As Insight Manager, showcase good teamworking skills, using them to develop alternative approaches to talk directly to consumers
- Utilise both quantitative & qualitative research to design questionnaires, moderate focus groups as well as online communities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience running quantitative & qualitative research projects
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail & advanced computer literacy skills
- Able to manage time effectively & manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
