They work with a number of clients, both in the public and third sectors as well as big brands.

THE ROLE
We arelooking for an Insight Manager to join the Qualitative division of the company.

There would be a focus on qualitative research projects with a variety of different clients and the following would be a part of the day to day:

Managing all aspects of qualitative research projects from inception to completion
Working with (external) cultural analysis and behavioural economics expert partners
Working with client teams to produce highquality work
Acting as the first point of contact for clients
Designing research materials (screeners, stimulus and discussion guides)
Analysing qualitative transcripts and video ? Moderating depths and focus groups, ethnographic sessions, online communities
Presenting insights to clients (with the support of colleagues)
Coaching and mentoring junior members of the wider team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience of digital and F2F qualitative methodologies
An understanding of the growing research tech landscape and potential suppliers and partners
Strong project management and planning skills with excellent attention to detail ? Experience of working well in a collaborative, team environment
Excellent problemsolving skills and a positive, cando approach
Excellent communication skills and adept at building relationships both internally and externally
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Drive to develop their own knowledge and skillset
